General Information

The Rural Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Partnership has responsibility for several funding streams including the delivery of the South West RDA Rural Renaissance initiative, which encompasses the economic development and regeneration needs of rural areas. The initiative aims to help rural communities and businesses in the South West respond to and influence economic change, by supporting the development and implementation of sustainable projects that use innovation and enterprise to:

  • Create prosperity and generate employment
  • Improve delivery and access to services and;
  • realise the value of the environment as an economic asset.

In general the funding programmes currently cover the following areas:
